Hier bei Amerika, sehe ich oft "The aim and final reason of all music should be nothing else but the Glory of God and the refreshment of the spirit." - J.S. Bach. Haben jemand das original quote auf Deutsch von Bach? Vielen Dank.
Es finded sich dies hier:

The "Bartok" quote I have often seen ascribed ("zugeschrieben") to Mauricio Kagel, rather than Bartok. Anybody have a source? [Sorry for not writing in German: I understand it just fine and can speak it okay, but you wouldn't want me writing in the language :-)
